As most gamers who have mercenaries 2 know, there is a problem with attaining the $1 mill and $1 bill trophies on mercs 2 if you had already achieved that sum before the DLC was released.

It seems the guys at Pandemic aren`t doing anything about it, it seems that the servers have logged the scores against your email address that you use to log in.

So my question is this if I log onto PS3 as normal and go to account management and then change my email address to a different one, will I loose all my trophies for other games that I have already gained on the system or will they be changed over to my new email address?

If the trophies do change to the new email address then gamers who have mercenaries 2 can complete the two trophies required to achieve platinum.

If then then wanted they could revert back to their original email address, keeping all original trophies

Does anybody out there know if this is possible and will work? As I don`t want to loose all my trophies that I have achieved.

If this does work then a whole lot of mercs 2 owners will be very happy ;-) so please let me know

Ignore this i`ve tried it and it don`t work so it must be user name that the trophies are tied to, tried with a different account detail and user name and it worked fine but that ain`t no good for my trophy count. so back to the pandemic team for a patch or new update!!!
