Modern warfare 2 Special Ops Keeps freezing every 2 seconds for host and laggs other players

Is there something wrong with this? Modern warfare 2 Special Ops Keeps freezing every 2 seconds for host and lags other players. Havnt played it in a while but last time i did, this wasnt an issue.

This happens no matter the host, both me and a friend have tried hosting but the problem still remains

So is your friend using mods then?
