Music Unlimited

Hello there!

I am using Music Unlimited a lot, and like it very much - streaming on the PS3 saves me a whole media center and also on the Vita and Android I use it a bit though the latter one has some issues.

I can't find a dedicated forum for MU, but I have ONE BIG request/suggestion that I'm sure most of us who use the PS3 for music can agree with:

Bring the big Spinnin Earth visualizer (NASAs Blue Planet) into Music Unlimited instead of just the cover-art/ocean.

Some more work could ideally be done to the browsing and the slightly annoying auto-playing when one just wants to see which songs are in an album and so on, but details schmetails...

That is all :smileyhappy:

Re: Music Unlimited

I too would like to see a way to change the visualizations. Sort of like one can do on a PC with Windows Media Player.

Also a REALLY BIG help would be a way to turn off, or use a screen saver, function. I like to listen to music when I go to bed with MU the screen is just way to bright, and it just doesnt work when you want to get some shut eye.

I remember back to the Panasonic 3DO (showing my age here) and there are visualization settings with that system when you play music.

I think it would really expand the use of ML, make it more exciting in a social environment, rather than having a single image of album art to stare at. And a screen saver function would let the service be used much like a radio, and allow for better ease in sleeping.

I certainly hope SONY takes these suggestions seriously. I like MU but since i got it primarily for sleep aid use, I may not continue my subsription if this isnt something they plan to work on.
