So I managed to download the Fury Expansion Pack and the Full Game Unlock files, but am missing the demo file. It's not available in my Services menu, or Download list, and have searched in the Store and can't find it there either. 

Any idea where  I can get this from?!

The demo is one of the 3 you get when choosing your free game.1, FURY , 2, WIPEOUT DEMO,3 WIPEOUT UNLOCK

Yeah, I know, I got the Fury, and the Unlock files, but now the demo is nowhere to be found. Tried the services and downloads menus, searched the store, but still can't find it :-(

If you had downloaded the demo before (it came out a few years ago I think), it will appear in your download list when you first downloaded it - ie, long ago, not with Fury and the unlock.

I've never downloaded it before - It was on the list with the other 2 files but once I'd downloaded those it disappeared. Now I can't find it anywhere.

Same for me. need the demo but cant find it.
