I recently changed my account and lost saints row 2 and some other stuff, but my point is this when i created the new account you say the online id cannot be changed, so how have i got one name showing on my PS3 but not accepted here, had to choose a different name as it said already taken, i know that, by me.

This sucks, and it is getting really difficult to even login won't accept correct details at times, come on sort this out

Yes i am signing in here too, as my PS3 sits about 10 metres away from pc, and i activated it using instructions sent to me, now i see someone has changed my Avatar.

The fact that you have made a new account is the reason why you have lost your content.

Anything you buy is linked to your account not your ps3 & content is transferable between accounts.

By the sounds of it you have account shared & someone has robbed your account as your saying your avatar has been changed.

If this is the case then tough you shouldn't have shared your account & that would your own fault & nothing to do with sony.

If it is a new ps3 you are trying to set your account up on you need to use the login with previous account part when setting up an account.
