hey there that has happened to us too where did you get the number  from to ring sony please they actually took 2 payments out one for £6.99 and the other was £5.00

Sony did a check and advised me to contact my bank and the police m8. In the end my bank recovered a total of £65 for me but Sony have remained extremely tight lipped on how it happened and my bank also noted that they werent the most helpfull company they have dealt with, which would suggest the problem is quite big and Sony do not have anyhting in place to deal with it.

I had £5 taken a couple a months ago !. I did not buy any thing, so I deleted my card and change my password just in case my account got hacked.

This happened to me last Friday. My wallet was funded with 9.99 and then a 30-day subscription to Qriocity was bought with it. I was playing Super Street Fighter IV and wasn't even anywhere near the Store or Qriocity. Sent an email to the address on the e-mailed receipt of purchase and have yet to receive a reply.

Hi Solas

Did you sign up for the Qriocity 30 day trial? If so it's automatically deducted the amount from your account and will on a rolling basis unless you cancel the automatic deduction via account management (I think it's there anyway).

If you didn't take the trial - stumped!

Yeah I did. I'll have to check it out. Probably wasn't taken out before because the CC was out of date in my account. Makes sense, anyway.
