What are the limits of the PS+ cloud save? I have in the back of my mind, without looking it up, that it was 150mb or 150 items - whichever limit was hit first...

However mine keeps saying "unable to upload all saves as there is not enough free space", despite only having about 20 or 30 items in the cloud and a total storage of 98/150mb.

So what gives? Has the cloud itself run out of space? Because this is the feature that predominantly keeps me subscribing to PS+... If I can't use it, then there's not a lot of point subscribing as I don't make enough use of the other features to warrant the cost.

The limit is 150mb which isn't ideal but best used for copy protected saves as others can be transfered to a usb stick.

I would have loved it if it was 150 items.

check what games u have set to auto update to the cloud as it may be more than whats left in the cloud for u

It's almost as annoying having large saves - such as Skyrim - constantly failing to upload.

Also, it's a bloody slow upload at the best of times.

That's largely moot, because if you have access to the cloud, you also have access to the ability to schedule uploads and trophy syncs at some point during the night, when you're not using the PS3.

I would have thought (hoped?) it would upload as much as possible, then stop when it was full - not moan when it was obviously so under capacity as it currently is...

if your ps3 trys to uplaod and theres not enough space then it doesnt copy anything over

im assuming its to avoid corrupting data midway through the transfer

I'm guessing that, if the upload fails when initiated manually, a scheduled upload would fare no better, and I have the free capacity to store it.

It's fine for smaller saves though.

You only get 150 stored on PS+ Cloud... Man that is really lame of sony to pull and thanks for telling me not to get PS+ InfiniteState.

they are supplying space for millions of accounts , that space soon adds up
