they were going to give 60 days, but then added an extra 10 days due to it taking them an extra 10 days before they switched PSN back on.... it's all on the blogs back from then

So.....Does this definately effect everyone??

My original subscription ends at the end of February, with the extra days for the outage(that i can't seem to find the date of...)

As long as i resubscribe before my February cut off date will i miss this bug and keep ALL my extras??

first off, did you originally subscribe at the end of February 2010, or before? if you check your subscription details (under Account Management), it should say the original start date and the subscription end date - 1 year, of course, would be the same date, but 2011, but if they added the 70 days on to the end of the subcription, and your original date was February 2010 when you subscribed, then the subscription end date would be 70 days days later than that...

this "bug" seems to have affected those who renewed their sub during this extension period (aka after the original end date) and not prior, or on, the original end date

Original subscription 28th February 2011 and it would end 28th Feb 2012.I take it as long as i resubscribe by this date all will be good?(even though i've got an extension)

Damn, noticed this now at first. All my games "bought" before I renewed (at the 17th of ´July) with the 1 year SEGA rally offer has expired. I started my subscription 29/6/2010, and hasn't let it expire since.

All games aquired before the PSN outage expired at 29/6/2011

All games aquired in June 2011 expired 28/8/2011

All games aquired in July 2011 (before i renewed) expired 7/9/2011

All games aquired after my renewal has no exiration date.

So it cleary has something to do with the PSN outage and the 70 bonus days that we got.

My service status seems a bit wierd as well, the Playstation Plus service has the correct dates (Started 29/6/2010, ends: 6/9/2012) = two years plus 70 days. But my supscription is set to renew on the 17th of July 2012, and not on my expiration date.

sorry, meant 2011/2012 but yes, i would assume if you renew before 28th Feb 2012, everything should (SHOULD!) be ok.... fingers crossed on that one

you're in the exact same ***** as i am with the same dates - although my SEGA Rally has not expired (nor has Little Big Planet since i renewed)

phone up Sony PSN Support and add your name to the list of those with the same situation....

if the list keeps growing, maybe (MAYBE!) they'll finally get of their arses and rush this through more

Update:

Sony called me a little while ago, and explained they are still working on these matters, as well as Download listing errors shown in link below.

They are now sending these threads with some information of my own to head office to try and get things sorted once and for all.

When i hear back from Sony i will post.

i also got a phone call this morning (not bad for a Sunday!) with a similiar explanation - at least they're still on-going with it and not given up...

they were also re-claryfying the connected issue that some people had also with not being able to re-download Destruction Derby over xmas

sounds like they're all connected issues?

maybe they're finally getting on the ball with fixing this?

The Sixth Axis had a news article today about a problem with the Pick'N'Mix Minis promotion in December, which was based on feedback from users in a particular PS community thread.

So I decided to tip The Sixth Axis about this thread in hope of them getting it to people's attention that there exist this serious issue with the Plus program and that that will make Sony more willing to get the issue sorted out soon.

Hopefully they'll bring the story
