I renewed my PS+ subscription yesterday.My games are still saying the expiry date of my original PS+ subscription (plus the 60 days extension).
SO Arc the Lad that i got this week(after downloading the Japanese version back last year) expires in 107 days.
Is this normal??
Is it a case of when my original expiry date passes these games will update to the new expiry date in 2013?

It's ok i managed to work it out.....
Its a bit of chore to go through my download list and re activate everything i've got over the past year, perhaps Sony could make it a little easier for us in the future?
Even have a PS+ section in our download lists to make it easier to find them?

Sony called me a little while ago, and explained they are still working on these matters, ( nothing changed then ) as well as the Download listing errors shown in link below with the missing games people using ps+ have been having.

That's weird why your waiting as Sony ( for the 3rd time ) offered me a refund for the PS+, that would also stop my current sub-.
I didn't accept that offer whatsoever. All i want is the stuff that's been missing, so i can place this DL content onto my other consoles.

No, they offered me that, but it's not this year that is the issue so a refund for this year's subscription and a cancellation isn't relevant and doesn't solve the issue.
I suggested that they cancelled LAST year's PS+ and gave me £20 to buy back the content I'd lost.
Obviously, I wanted that first year's content and to keep my current subscription intact. However I've got two kids badgering me constantly for their favourite games back. Sony don't seem to recognise that the contract they've broken was the first year's contract, not the second one.
As they've essentially ignored us, left us dangling and unwilling to understand/negotiate I want to cancel both year's worth now. They haven't provided the service as agreed in 2010 so I'm well within my rights to ask for recompense.
If I had known in 2010 I only got the games until my first year was up, I wouldn't have subscribed to the service. It's essentially £40 a year for an extended demo service which becomes worse value as the year goes on.
By offering me £40 and a cancellation of this year's, they're essentially saying that's what I agreed to buy, just 12 month's access to the subscription, which is not what I purchased in 2010. Does that make sense?
They could have offered me £20 back and I wouldn't have given a stuff if my old content came back or not. Pretend 2010 never happened except I paid £20 for a few extras. Sony keep me happy. The games devs are happy because I actually buy their content this time around. Everyone is a winner.
As it stands, I paid £40 in 2010 for games on subscription that I could carry through to 2011 and beyond. What I've got is nothing. That entire £40 has gained me nothing at all, but at the cost of an extra £40! And to not recognise that I invested in Son's service for that year is at the very least poor PR, at the worst just disgusting.
Over four months now without the content I subscribed to in 2010, it's NOT a subscription.

I got the exact same issue. Got in contact with their support, the confirmed the problem but nothing done. Contacted them again after a month or so, and they offered be the refund but then I would loose all my PSN+ games, which I didn't accept, because that will just basically be the same situation as now. They claim they have to an "investigation" that apperantly takes several months.
I will defiantly not renew my subscription if they don't solve this. I like the PSN+ service, brought it as soon as it was released, but the concept has little value if your games expire after a year.
