I am very disappointed with Sony.
It is ridiculous how long this problem has already been taken.
I have also been thinking that I no longer invest money in Sony's services or devices.
And I do not recommend this Playstation Plus service to anyone.
It would be good if someone from Sony would comment here and tell us what is the latest situation with this issue!!!??? IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK??

Sony will sort it out in the end, or make good of what has happened with the gamers, so i'm sticking this one out and supporting Sony with PS+.
The service is getting on for 2 year's old and the problem has been known to Sony for six months. What if the problem is still here in six month's time? At which point do you have to say "I have been completely let down with no solution offered"? ANY decent customer service would offer some kind of recompense. Yes, there are technical issues and things break. It's not about tardiness in fixing the issue or how capable they are of overcomnig a technical issue, it's about the treatment of the customers and supporters of Sony. SIX MONTHS and no answer, no offer of understanding, no "here have a £10 credit, we're really sorry". Just... Nothing... "You can call it quits and go on home" just isn't a decent customer response to breaking an agreement between you and loyal customers.
The service sucks, and it means the next new service they release will also suck if it goes wrong; and the next time you apply for an offer or try to buy something, it may also not work and you'll get stuffed by the same poor support.
I'm loath to give money to a company who refuse to talk, refuse to negotiate, refuse to support and refuse to fix issues. There's no trust because of this terrible handling of THEIR mistake.
