I recently got given Arkham City for PS3 as a present (yay!). I put the code for the pass into the Store, and got to the item screen, where I hit confirm. After I did that, my PS3 crashed out. Now when I put the code in again, it comes up as already used, but the item doesn't appear in my download list.
I contacted WB, but they won't give me a new code without proof of purchase, which I don't have as it was a gift, and even so, they class the problem as being on the Store end not theirs.
I know I can buy a new pass through the Store, but was just wondering if there's anything else I can do?

Try going into Account Management => Transaction History, is it listed there?
Have you tried contacting Sony instead of WB?
You may be able to retrieve it from the Account Management => Download List or potentially Services List.
If it is not there but it is in your Transaction List at least you have something to go back to Sony / WB with.
