Hey there,

I recently got given Arkham City for PS3 as a present (yay!). I put the code for the pass into the Store, and got to the item screen, where I hit confirm. After I did that, my PS3 crashed out. Now when I put the code in again, it comes up as already used, but the item doesn't appear in my download list.

I contacted WB, but they won't give me a new code without proof of purchase, which I don't have as it was a gift, and even so, they class the problem as being on the Store end not theirs.

I know I can buy a new pass through the Store, but was just wondering if there's anything else I can do?

Have you tried checking to see if the code worked ?

Try going into Account Management => Transaction History, is it listed there?

Have you tried contacting Sony instead of WB?

You may be able to retrieve it from the Account Management => Download List or potentially Services List.

If it is not there but it is in your Transaction List at least you have something to go back to Sony / WB with.

Yeah it's not in my transaction, download or services list :/ Think my best bet is to just ring Sony then?

You should try checking the game as it's not an online pass it just to unlock catwoman for play so if cat woman is avaliable then it has worked.
