No, Sony themselves don't do an extended warranty. You'll need to buy from somewhere that provides their own extended warranty service.
I bought my PS3 Slim from Game, and they offer their own GAMEcare warranty, which is provided by Allianz Insurance. It's an extra £24.99 for an extra year (i.e. 2 years warranty including the standard 12-month one provided by Sony), or £34.99 for an extra 2 years (i.e. 3 years including the standard warranty).
Having said that, I opted for the 2-year extension, and they only charged me £32.44 for some reason.
