Alright i can get online on the PS3 however i must turn off my pc or the internet connection will come up as failed for the PS3.

Is there anyway to have the PC turned on and the PC connected to the internet as well as the PS3?

Not when we have no idea of how you have connected it. If it's connected via a router it shouldn't go off.

What modem an ISP you using? Have 1 wired an 1 wireless pc, 1 wired an 1 wireless 360 AND 1 wired ps3 on a netgear dg???? something/or/other modem. On SkyBroadband. All works fine till Floydy23, my son, wants to host TCVagas over wireless!! lol
