So much love, and so much angst, all bundled together into a package of longing and desire!

What  did people do before the advent of the PS3?

Me .... I can find lots of things to do whilst the network is doomed to fall during this easter period! To read some of these comments being posted here - and if I didn't know better - I'd think this was a re-hab clinic full of 'cold Turkeys', take a deep breath, look in the mirror and ask yourself, 'Does it really matter?' There is more to life than just playing games through a telephone line!

I too love playing games, but if in this time I desire to play a game, then I, and you, still can ... but obviously not the online games through subscriptions or otherwise. This is a temporary respite so think of it as a opportunity to actually do something else today and over the Easter Bank Holiday. The PS3 has become a virtual substitute for real life - take it away for one day and everyone runs around like headless Chickens! There is a statistic out there which goes something like this ... "Starve a society of food for three days and chaos will ensue" - but in this case it has taken just one day .. ONE DAY and everyone is experiencing their own personal armageddon fearing that the end of their world is nigh!

LOL!!! I am so sorry, but I am laughing at this and myself too I might add! I too have moved from the PS3 Console to the laptop in an effort to replace something that is missing! Perhaps we should all think about that?

After every storm, clear skies ensue .. this will pass and all the ranting, gesturing, frustration or any other emotion you are currently feeling will pass as do all our moods, and in a couple of days time you will ask yourself what all the fuss was about!

But carry on complaining, that is your right - and all those who, through anger, threatened to withdraw their subscription or whatever will come running back when the network is up and running again, why? Because you 'love it'

Just a thought for the day .... honest!

The PS+ items are up for a month and the last time their was a problem Sony extended the time the stuff was avalible and they will do it again.

well in witch case   plus  people are still paying for a serves witch is not there .   so if you was paying for somthing witch was not there  . would you not kick up a stink. thats my point.

yh...igot my gt5 save in onlinestorage and cant get it out in two days thats one reason why im so *****...must start again use memorystick becouse sony isnt trusthworthy..

Would be better if Sony could actually explain the reason for the PSN down...

Was it anything to do with the Amazon server going down, that took out many things. People react better when told whats gone on instead of just ignoring us, or giving us bare minimum information, E.g. "Its down" -.-

OK Urabus098 ,  for one i have had PS + since it began and i have had lots of freebies fromit fromKillzone 2 map pack & Killzonne 3 map pack to full psn games such as street fighter 2, sam & max  red factio battle grounds, prince of persia classic, Sonic 1 & 2, astro tripper, stacking, shatter, cuboid, critter crunch and zen pinball

That isn't also mentioning the numerious mini i have had and ps1 games as well as little big planet , all for free, so in DIRECT RESPONSE -  they dont take your money and give you nothing the content is put up at the start of every month with mid month treats , if you had pulled your finger out and done it sooner then u wouldnt have this problem and as @CrustyJockStrap has already told ye the content will be left up for longer before removed as it was before 

You really have to grow up and stop acting like a ***** in heat, And the other saying maybe a free years subscription , Erm Why????? they may give a free game or a discount on the store but not a £40 a year subscription..

Is a joke and a complete noob response to somethig you have gotten 2 days ago when there has been loyal people like myself who has had it from the start and have reaped the benefits and will continue to do so when it is resolved .

As i stated before they will update us when they have something to report that is worth reporting, do you wnat them to update with every step they do , back off and stop fkin moaning.
