PSN download speeds

Why is it that I get 150KB/s for 11GB downloads Sony?

I'm on a fiber connection to experience near pre-historic downstreams from you.

Well done.

Re: PSN download speeds

I can get between 40 and 60mb download.

So my guess is it is your set up

Below is a Signature

Sony are stabbing their loyal family customers in the back - We have 3 PS3s and 3 PSPs all on the same IP address and all registered with Sony. Why can't we use them at the same time anymore?

Even though i get a fraction of your speeds Crusty i managed to download 40GB of PS+ content in just over 24hours.

Not bad for a ADSL 5 to 7 meg connection i think set-up has a lot to do with others download speed problems.

Re: PSN download speeds

My download speeds on the network are all over the place despite having a 30Mb cable connection. Somedays it will read 20-25Mb then others will be down to around 3Mb.

To be honest i would say it's your end at fault.

I downloaded and installed over 49GB of PS+ content from ( 19-23 to 07-53 ) 12 hrs 30 minutes, and that's using approx 16MB broadband.

So if you're getting low speeds like that i would look into it mate, but it's not Sony.
