PSN store an error has occurred?

Trying to get on psn store for todays updates but i keep getting this error "An error has occurred (80023102)" anybody else getting this or know what the problem is?

i did manage to go to account management, and then i clicked on various things there, and tried to go to store again and it worked

Last night I had the same problem! This morning I can access the Playstation Store and Account Managements but I still cant access the Singstore.. and I dont think that for me, the problem is from the singstar team, cause I can access their store from my secondary account(it doesnt have the same country as my master account). Can a moderator please help me out?
