I was searching through the PSN store tonight and had some leftover cash on my account. I came accross a South Park Millionaire quiz game for £3.99 which i bought and downloaded. However i am unable to find the download to play after it installs, it is not in my games folder with my other PSN content. I redownloaded but the same thing happened.

If it is a problem with the software can i please have the money credited back on my account.

it will clearly tell u this in the item description

I have been right though the description and it does not state anywhere it is an add on and i need extra software.

Read the title on the store next time...

That does not make it clear other software is required. Look at Marvel Pinball that makes it very clear that the extra tables require the main game this does not.

To me that title says it includes the game hence game pack as in this pack contains the game.

Nowhere does it state it is an add on or dlc or requires extra software

But the forums are for banters and other such Playstation gaming related shenanigans.

Best you contact the Sony customer support directly to see if they can resolve your problem.

Nope. Anything to do with your account be it refunds/credit cards/SEN cards/bans etc you have to phone Sony directly.

Nobody on here can do anything, not even the moderators.
