Hello ,

My account got a perm ban about 1 and a half - 2weeks ago now ....

i got this ban for talking about a item transfer thing everyone seems to be doing  ...

this ban took place by Bambaroo (looks like hes fairly new mod ) 

but i dont see y i got a ban because he came and said dont talk about it in HOME please so i said sorry and i stopped...

next day i came on ps3 and seen that my account was banned  

the thing i was most annoyed with was that i had £35 on it and all that money had now gone to waste

is there any way i can get this money refunded or transfered to my new account ??

I think u should send one of the mods a private message as that might give u a quicker reply from them.

i know i sent one of them a message but cant remember wot one ahaha

but stil no reply from either 1 :/

send them a PM asking for the ban to be rethinked i.e first time offence and maybe only a month ban etc and see were it goes from there

glad to hear the mods are clamping down on these hackers and content stealers.

if you are stupid enough to use hacks/exploits in home and got caught telling other home users how do these hacks/exploits, then you deserve your perm ban and loss of all accounts/funds.

Bans aren't just thrown around (especially perma ones) and people aren't banned for just one comment. There would possibly be background investigation and shadowing done before the decision is made as despite the activities losing a customer is not a decision taken lightly.

The only way to pursue this is to contact the Mod in question via PM or follow any instructions on the email you received. Details of your account and/or ban will not be discussed on a public forum.

(I'm not a Mod but I did used to live in Paul Weller's home town, does that count?)

Suppose one good thing OP is that if you've been banned/temp banned from the forum you should be in contention for a 2010 community award when they vote next year.
