PlayStation Network Scheduled Maintenance - 9th June 2010

Hello all,

The PlayStation Network will be taken offline for scheduled maintenance this Wednesday 9th June 2010 from 16:00 BST until 04:30 BST on Thursday 10th June.

During the maintenance, you will be unable to access the following services:

PlayStation Store

Account Management

Account Registration

You may have access to PSN Sign-in and online play during the maintenance, provided that you have signed in recently. However please understand that there may be unexpected effects of the maintenance which may lead to you being signed out of PSN.

Further, the PlayStation Store will be updated at an earlier time than usual this Wednesday to allow you to make purchases before the maintenance kicks in. Don't forget, you can access the PlayStation Store via Remote Play on your PSP if you're away from home.

FWIW, that's a long downtime, I just hope that when I finish work I can sign in but I'm not hopeful.

Thats a 12 hour maintenance window for PS3 3D support? Probably need to re prop the 3D versions of WipeOut HD and SuperStardust HD agin I guess.

NOOOOOO! 12 hours of  no PS3 Trophy hunting.

You can still hunt your trophies

Just be sure to avoid syncing until the maintenance is complete!

You know you can still get trophies by playing offline

Plus you will still be able to connect online, it's just the Store and account management sections that will worked upon.
