I'm still unable to download the new maps. I'm in the US and get the An error occurred during the download operation
I have been trying for three days. It had no problems letting me buy the thing. LOL

Sony WONT refund us because if they refunded everyone who asked then loads of people would come on pretending that they lost money. For instance: I dont have any record on my ps3 of putting 14.45 on my account, only on my Bank statement so anyone could be lying.

This is shocking...
£11.28 taken on the 3rd, No trace of the maps on my download list, nearly the end of the weekend. Not everyone that plays PS3 are on the dole or jobless. I work god damn hard for a living so my play time on the weekend is precious. Its late sat afternoon now and STILL F**K ALL!!
By the time you have pulled your finger out i will be back at work..
NOT IMPRESSED, i hate xbox but maybe paying the fees for online play seem to be worth it now? Plus they get them a month early all the time. So in respect i suggest the funds are put back into my account and you give me the god damn maps i have paid for..

I am EXTREMELY annoyed with the rubbish customer service from Sony.
To think i paid for your console, and for a map pack to be left in the dark is a total shamble. You clearly knew this was going to happen, but still don't pull your fingers out.
Another annoying thing is now seeing that people are saying that some people are not getting any refund. Which also shows poor customer service. And i swear there would be a law broken here as people have paid for a product and not recieved it.
This is going on too far to be polite now.
Not long until this has been going on for 3 days. And obviously as tomorrow is Sunday, i don't think anything will be sorted out tomorrow either.

i too have been overcharged. how and when do i get brefunded? its left my bank in arrears, and nearly got bank charges, totally unacceptable playstation. and a 20 minute wait to customer services with no answer to an 0844 number is another extra cost that could have been avoided. no answers are being given were just being ignored!!!

Account Management is unavailable
There is no further update. We are working to resolve the issue.

This issue is directly related to high traffic. We advise consumers to refrain from attempting to access the store until the issue is resolved. We will notfiy you when normal service has resumed. For now, accessing the store will only serve to prolong the issue

Regarding multiple purchases of same content:
Once the Store issue is fixed, we will investigate any multiple purchases of the same content made. My suggestion is that you wait until tomorrow morning and check your bank statements.

Please be aware that, upon purchasing the Call of Duty Black Ops: First Strike Map Pack, you will be presented with 6 downloads. Each download is for a specific disc code. Please check the back of your Black Ops box, or the front of the disc, to see which file you need to download.
You do not need to download them all. If you have downloaded them all, you will only have been charged once.

This should provide a more stable service once it is unlocked in 20 minutes time.

For those of you concerned about multiple charges - don't worry. I have escalated the fact that some of you have been charged multiple times and this will be investigated when our teams arrive tomorrow. As soon as I get into the office, I'll give you an update.
I will pick this thread up again when I return to the office at 12:30PM tomorrow. Please keep posting your feedback and keep each other informed as to the availability of the Store.
Please also make sure that you read the information in the first post before making any reply to this thread.

We are aware that some consumers have been charged multiple times for purchases made on 3rd March 2011.
We are currently investigating how to rectify this issue and return any surplus payments made.
