I found out what my issue was, when you purchased the xpack it enables you to download 6 versions of it (for 6 different CD keys) and when i downloaded the first item on the list, it wasn't the correct CD key version so failed to install. I assumed it was allowing me download the same item 6 times for my single purchase (encase i needed to reinstall eg. HDD upgrade). It never occurred to me that there would be different installation files, for a novice this would be confusing (i have a BCompSc and it confused me) and basically a bad idea.

The only thing I can think is that you were refunded the original amount in addition to the surplus charges, but still received the map pack. So they've recharged the original amount, otherwise you would have got the map pack for free. xD

yeah im pretty sure i was refunded all the money that was took and paid for the map pack 3 weeks later which in a way is quite good of them only a little strange

like to hear from any others if this was the case i know some people on here got fully refunded but dont know if they also had there cash taken later

I can access the store BUT I cannot add any money to my wallet and I am using pre-paid cards to do it. I keep receiving the Error code 80023103..

Is there something going on again? Or am I the only one with this particular problem?

Today i added my Visa card info in my profile before evan entering the PS store i got charged 24 BGN that is around 12 Euros .I didnt open the store or have any subscriptions.Im from Bulgaria an the PS store was opened for my contry just a few days ago.

My Visa info said ( SONY ONLINE SERVICES INTERNET GB) GBP 1 (BGN.24) Since when 1 GBP is 12 euros?And why is it charging me this one GBP? I can live with that but it charged me 9 times more.Why?

I wrote to Custom support but in my contry this is like waiting a dead man to send you a letter.

I've been trying to buy the DC Universe Green Latern powerpack for 3 days (counting today). I've gotten about 12 (really) different error messages. DNS errors, the error this thread is about, credit card info errors, unable to add funds to wallet.

Needless to say, I'm very frustrated.

I've reset the router, deactivated my PS3s from the account, deleted billing info and reentered it EXACTLY as the statement says. I even tried my mom's credit card in which I still got the "Cannot add funds" or "credit card information isn't valid." I've also gotten the "password invalid, please change" error a couple of times. When I try to activate the system again, I get a DNS error or the error this thread has in the title.

Sony, I really want to give you my money. But if it isn't fixed soon, I might take it elsewhere. I love PS3s but PSN has had so many problems over the past year. Come on now.
