Yes it is.

The store updates between 3pm and 7pm UK time

The US have it as their store updates on Tuesday and not Wedensday.

hi i have been trying everything for over a month but still it says check my sce status?????im in northwest england and my neighbour has no problems logging in,we even share the same wireless connection????pleeaaasee help me somebody,i have manually updated the system to 4.11 via mass storage device and still nothing??/
