Possible reasons @wolffrezer hasn't checked out the bookmarklet, for a great YouTube experience in the PS3 browser (I was being a bit modest with my 4/5 rating - it at the very least deserves a 4.5 / 5 rating (given the extra features)):
1. If @wolffrezer's brain sees "book" in the name it can't help but think "English Literature of the 1900's".
2. He won't be seen dead using anything that sounds a bit girly, even though he's missing out on features such as the PS3YouTube queue, where you can load up the queue with a selection of videos you want to check out in DVD resolution (480p), and atfer watching the first video, engage the AutoPlay feature so just three button presses loads the next video in the queue (L2, cursor left / right, R2).
3. Anything from an actual PS3 "user" can't possibly compare with the "official" offerings. Not the case, the bookmarklet has probably taken 10 times the man hours to create than YouTube XL, from someone with probably oodles more programming experience than the XL developers.

I'm disappionted with the browser.
I have a vblog on blip.tv - daveac.blip.tv - but even with wmv QT flv & mp4 it won't play on the PS3.
The YouTube version - on my dac100 youtube site - defaults to the low res version and not the 720 version.
Cheers, daveac

Well it's official, Microsoft is not interested in getting HotMail to work in the PS3 browser. Who would have thought? ![]()
Here's my attempt to get Microsoft to sort out the issue (Fail.....):
The 35 million PlayStation 3 (PS3) owners can't read their HotMail
I actually forget for second there that Microsoft has a competing console - seriously...
Well, at least we can use the mobile site:

I've added a "mini" plugin to the bookmarklet so you can at least scroll these forum pages in the PS3 browser at approaching full speed and I restore the missing avatars (the Google plugin has also been demoted to "mini" plugin status).
To achieve this, I drop the background image used for the main content section (div with class name "lia-quilt-column-main-content", just specifying a background color of #999999 and set the background color of its first child to white). And for the avatars, I found for some reason the parent links of some avatar images has a style of "visibility:hidden", so I set it to "visibility:visible" (some avatars are actually missing (don't appear on a pc either)).
I've passed on the basic idea onto onto MusterBuster but he's gone silent on me (perhaps the Sony execs have flown in to gag him on anything to do with the bookmarklet...).
Even with this change I'd still only score the Official PlayStation Community (EU) site at 2 / 5 as the most important feature isn't working - "you can't reply to forum messages". This should be fixable by the web site operators as the PS3 browser has all the technologies needed to make this possible (Ajax etc).
