Yep, I'm having that problem too. I emailed them and am waiting for a reply so I'll keep you informed if poss. I just spent an hour trying to post this as every time I tried I got an error saying I need it to be less than 20,000 characters. So frustrating!

Also, If anybody can shed some light on the difference between the BB code and the HTML code used for the portable ID it would really help me as these are the first post I've ever made and I seem to be doing something wrong because It has worked as you can see. Thanks in advance for any compasion you show this poor rookie.

Hi snow!

I've had your same problem... the only solution is that you have to change your avatar with the ps3 user account and save.

Let me know if you have solved your  problem.
