I'm wanting to change the pic on my portable ID to one of the newer ones but it won't let me. The reason it won't let is because in order save any changes you have to select a favorite game, but when I click the drop down box to select a game the only option that's there is "select game" there is no games in the menu at all! I tried refreshing the ID but that didn't do anything.

Anyone know if it's a common problem and if there's an easy fix?

What browser are you using? Did you try any other browsers?

yeah thats happened to me before too. I've found that closing your browser and clearing the cache or running a clean up programme like ccleaner will fix it but there have been times when I've had to restart my pc for it to work. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only person to have come up against this issue. I dont know why the psn web site is so buggy considering the money and skill sony have. anyway I hope this is helpfull. this is a general fix for a lot of similar issues face on this site. good luck.

OK I just went back to try again and the games were back. Thanks for the help anyway guys, I'll know what to do if it happens again
