I understand that there is maintenance tomorrow 3pm-1am

will it effect the store update? If so will it be updated earlier?

UPDATE:

The vast majority of people should have no issue as the Network will still be running, the maintenance will occur in the background which may temporarily disrupt some users connection to it.

if the maintenance goes ahead then the store should be down til its over

sony may update it earlier but i doubt it , also its a strange time to be doing maintenance clashing with the usual update so there may be something big coming but thats just my opinion

According to the EU blog's Twitter, the store content is live and ready to be downloaded

It has been updated and is accessible but I have noticed that the Ace Combat Assault Horizon "Compatibility Pack 8" is missing.

Whoever updates obviously doesn't like the game because they still haven't swapped around the images for the F-14D 'Jolly Rogers' & F/A-18F 'Jolly Rogers' as they are incorrect.
