Hey. I was wondering if i could get a refund from socom but the problem is, is that i've had it for 2 months but havent played it since and i would like it if i got my money back or something would this be possible by any chance?

Am i understanding this right, You bought socom never played & want your money back ?.

Do you buy milk don't drink it & expect a refund to ?.

The best you will get will be a trade in our sell it or you could just try & play it you never know you might like it.

Unless you hav a problem with the game, you have no rights to have a rufund

Most high street shops now have stopped giving refunds - if you take a game back they will only replace it if is defective. However, many stores will take trade-ins, something which is unavailable to anyone buying a game from the PS store. Perhaps Sony need to look in to the possibility of giving people the trade-in value of a downloaded game they don't like against the value of future purchases. The current system does seem to be slightly unfair to people who buy games direct from Sony rather than the high-street.

Except I've just realised that's a stupid idea. When you trade a game in you have to take the box and the disc to the shop. How can you do that with DLC? Duh! The only way of doing it would be for Sony to somehow MAKE you delete the data from your HDD then remove the item from you download list so you couldn't download it again for free.

Unfortunately I think the simple answer is either buy a game from the high-street so you can trade it in if you don't like it or learn to live with your mistakes! Sorry!

if only you could get refunds!

socom would be 1 of many games on my hdd that would go. i bought that 1 from the U.S store just after it came out cause it was gonna be months before it released here in AU and i just couldnt wait. you'd think i'd learn from my mistakes but i dont . there are a few good games on psn but most are garbage. although, even the garbage games are better than the selection on xbl.

i think you'd have a chance of a refund! they know the game isnt upto scratch thats why a major update is in process and there was a guy who claimed to already have a refund for socom on psn store.

Dear Sony

Ive actually made 2 purchases on fifa 11 ultimate team on the 25/11/2010 worth $6.54 sing dollars on my psn acc..and a pop out said my transaction was cancelled and i did not get a refund...so i have e-mailed ea games and they said that they are not responsible on the refund and they kinda push me to u guys..its been a week now Ive not even gotten my refund or any purchases Ive made. i do hope to hear from u guys soon..thank u
