thats pretty *****in stupid, has this guy not got any single player games? this was actually an opportunity to finish off alot of single player games. i actually took out my ps1 again and finished off a good few games, also i headed down to the shops and got some bargain ps3 games and finished them too, i am craving a good game of warhawk now though :/ 

Also, i have an xbox too and i havent even touched it since the psn has been down. It sucks so much. you just cant beat ps3. i actually feel bad for the OP, he'll be craving ps3 within the month. i will admit that cross game chat is so handy and useful but that is the only thing i wish ps3 had. anyway, OP you must be very impatient. the guys at sony have been very hard at work trying to fix this.

i do agree with ya there. though it was annoying not to sign in there was the single player games, i players (sometimes there was something actually worth watching), dvd's, a few BBQ's here and there during the lovely weather and other outdoor and indoor activities. the only annoyance from the forums i read was inaccurate news people bought in from third party sites and people on about switching. it was like "if you're gonna do it don't let us hold you back. its your choice. i aint gonna shed a tear for ya" lol. fair enough we are all entitled to have our say but there has been some pretty funny comments

An external party didn't take the network down - Sony did. And it's still possible it was one (or more) of the staff recently made redundant by Sony just before the hack, which wouldn't exactly make them an external.

How much you get for the PS3 ?    I need another (got 2 already)  Im selling our XBox with kinnect, it is only 6mths old n doesnt get played.

LOL!!  OP ur bawwing like a god damn child.  U didnt sell ur PS3 ur mom did after u crying for so long...  Your only social interaction, Video games lol was unavailable for a few weeks so u goto another platform to have an empty friends list and no gamerscore or games?  Have fun with the tiny player counts u get in LIVE versions of games lol...

I guarantee u will be without LIVE longer than PSN in the long run due to the weeks u will be without a console when the thing rrod or other yearly breakdown it gets...

At the end of the day in my eyes the OP got rid of his PS3 for whatever reason and for the OP it was the right decision at the time. If he is regretting it now so what.

This is the only thing that gets at me to be honest that nearly everyone as jumped on the OP for getting rid of it,, it was his decision .

I think most people have taken it personal that they have sold it ,, I think the only reason the OP started the post was just to let people know and Sony how fed up they were for lets be honest all the messing about.

If on the other hand the OP sold it because of *****ng Idiots on here then ^^ the above quote as just proved that it was definately the right thing to do.

If they were made redundant then of course they were external. They were no longer employed by Sony.

Since psn has been down mastered F1 2010 and my garden has never looked so good, revamp all of it and now got  a veggie patch aswell( money saved on veg = more ps3 games)
