Signing into psn problem

Hi Everybody

This is my first post

I bought a pre-owned PS3 from gamestation yesterday and i have set an account up and registered the console with Sony.

The problem i have is the console automatically logs into PSN with the previous ownes ID and wont allow me to log on with my new psn id. i have tried restoring default settings and a full format of the HDD but it still logs in to the previous account.

Has anybody got any ideas on how to stop the system auto logging in so i can use my id and get full use of my PS3.

Hope somebody can help.

Thanks in advance

Re: Signing into psn problem

Don't you just log out of the account that's signed in, then sign in under your own account? You should be able to delete the unwanted account.
