Store down?

I was wondering if the store is down at the moment? Im in the UK and can easily connect to PSN but when I connect to the store, it comes up with "This service is not avaliable in your country/region." and when I go into account management, it brings up the error message with error 80023017.

 

Anyone else got this?

Ditto. It won't let me on the Uncharted 2 Beta either :smileysad:. Judging by what came up on Google, it should just be that the store is down, which is weird for a Friday but then when I looked last night nothing new had been added...

It is only the store that is down by the looks of things. I am signed into PSN and am currently on Home, too.

Yeah, when i try go on it it says its not available in my region... but it works sometimes...
