My advice is to make it unique. Don't use "CODmaster3000" or "sniperkid2k2" cause those are really gay. Mine is nx13. Which I shall break down for you. n - my name is Nathan irl . x - it's a sexy looking letter ! 13 - my favourite number. 

It may not be extremely cool or anything, but it's unique, original and personal!

I recommend you do something like that! Or ofcourse names like ' Trogoaloa ' which are just pure originality are pretty cool to !

I found the best thing to do is just think of the things you enjoy most then mix and match maybe with your name or another game/sport. Another tip DON'T dive into the first name you think of but the second or first. Unless of course your heart is set on that name.
