i have just recently brought batman arkham city GOTY and i am trying to download the year one movie but when i try to redeem it i get "This content cannot be accessed on your account"

please how to solve problem.

Can i ask what region the game is?

it is region 1

just to explain that the batman GOTY  ed was just released in the us so any code is region locked and will not work. unless u have a us account ?

yes i have already tried with my us account. but i still get ' This content cannot be accessed on your account'

from what i understand,games and dlc can be bought and downloaded from the us store even if your not actually in the us,but the movie store can not be accessed by anyone outside of the us due to sony  blocking any non us isp from accessing it... so you wont be able to download from the us movie store if your not actually from the us...
