Hi guys

My brother got a PS3 for christmas, and I have been trying to set up a PSN account for him. It wil be set up as a sub account, attached to my dads account.

So far, I have created the account, and it is listed as a sub-account on the SEN website. However, before the account can be used, I need to enter details such as name, address and PSN ID. The final step is to enter the master account details to update the account for use with PSN.

Here's where I've been having trouble. It keeps telling me the email address or password is incorrect. Now, I am certain that the details being entered are correct, as I have signed in to the master account on the SEN website.

Any idea what the problem is?

It seems that this has happened to a few people over the past day or so. All i can suggest is getting intouch with sony customer support, they should be able to help you out.

Are you putting in your brothers email & password or your master account.

As it is asking for the master account login to allow a sub account to be created.

Definitely putting in the master account details. I'd prefer not to have to go the customer support route, it might just be easier to make another email for him to use.

Was your problem resolved? I am not going through to the step after entering address details. Gives error 80023102.
