WP OP...kudos
I thought the script was funny as ***** ! The bit where he said that FFXIII is out in 9 days tickled me.
The spelling could use a bit of work though.

So this error code, 8001050F, am I still able to play my games offline, because I read that people have been loosing their trophies after playing some games offline, is this true and should I just leave my console alone for the day? Just for the record, it is a PHAT 40g model. Thanks for any help ![]()

No you will not be able to play any games offline that use trophies. You will also notice that any premium games on your harddrive that you have downloaded will be buggered. Wipeout HD for instance downgrades to the trial version. Some games just will not load at all.

Sony do say that you can play offline but you cant earn trophies, you may need to reset your ps3 to factory settings and reset up time date internet etc.. and then there is no guarantee...
In my opinion theres no point in playing games, if you cant earn the trophies... imagine not earning the 10 kills trophy then when everything is fixed earning the 50 kills trophy, you will never be able to get the 10 kill trophy...

I had that exact same error message yesterday which didn't affect me at all, that was my first signing out error message I had since I bought my PS3 last month. When it did sign me out of PSN, I signed back In with no problems, I've been playing Heavy Rain for about 2 straight hours with no problems too, and my trophy's are coming up too.
