Re : Unable to Sign In to Playstation Network

Im living in Canada, Quebec and got the same problem: i can go on the internet with my ps3 but im unable to display my profile or my friend list and not able to play online anymore.... I saw on others forum that it could be a problem from my internet provider which is Bell but i also saw people from around the world experiencing the same problem... So my end result is that it could be a proble from Sony server which do not support the massive amount of user or something like this.....

IM in NEED of my ONLINE playing!!!!!

Re : Unable to Sign In to Playstation Network

Hey guyz I'm having the same problem since 11-30-2009 I cannot connect to the PSN network anymore, my ISP is BELL and I can go through internet no problems.. I tried to connect using wireless and wired nothing works.. same error connection time out and error code.

I called 3 times Sony Support but they didn't give me any valid reason for this.. also the first guy that I called was very resistant to hold on the line while I was checking the parameters of my connection.

The third guy who replies to me was nice but he didnt resolve eighter the problem.

Today i tried with lan cable and it didnt work.. I don't understand whats the issue...... can anybody helpme out?

Re: Re : Unable to Sign In to Playstation Network

hey bud... i am not sure if the problem is Bell side or server side on PSN, but I know my PSN account was not accessible for about 48 hours prior to being restored for no apparent good reason.

I could use my browser no problem but nothing when it came to my PSN account.

My first step would be to call Bell since people here seem to be saying sony is not being able to resolve the problem.

My guess the problem is very possibly on the Bell's side as it seems that all teh users who are experiencing this problem are with Bell and live in Montreal, QC unless I am mistaken.
