The interal clock appears to be based on GMT so intill its past midnight in the UK nothings going to change. If the problem even fixes itself, it might; Leap year bugs have happened before and they've fixed themselves the day after.

look guys it is a error with psn this coulhd last up to 3 weeks and there end connection is down and havein updateing problems i seriusly think playstation network is totally ***** coz were always getting signed out well obv they cnt do there job propily

Yep PS3 slim is not affected its only the chunky PS3,s with this bug.

Hi Guys,

in the german forum have we found a solution!

Just unplug your intern battery for 10 seconds, and the ps3 will run normaly without problems!

But do this only, if you have no Warranty!!!

How to open the PS3? Just go to youtube! Theres a tutorial.!
