I'm having the same problem its very frustrating.. i got it brand new with plastic still on it. Maybe because i got it from the UK? I live in Australia so that might be a problem.

I used a mates redeem code.. it lets me download the pass but nothing happens.. i got him to login my account on his console and he was able to play it :/
