Video Store: Dont rent Drag me to Hell

Because it dosen't work. I just wasted £5 for a film i can't watch because it will not download. I rented some other films that are downloading fine but i get an error message everytime with this one. I restarted the console but it still wont work. I do not appreciate paying for things that are broken. I don't have money to waste.
