I have only been able to reset my password today, I tried a few times previously but kept getting system maintence when I attempted to login/change password.

I am wondering how am I able to access the welcome back package?

I see it on my media bar but upon selecting it when I press X nothing happens, other options seem to work though. Just not the Welcome Back one.

Hi I have the same problem... I got email from sony for  welcome back on June 28.. Is it still valid? wasn't it supposed to be valid for 30 days?

u have left it too late to take it up im afraid

I only found out about this welcome back pack last night and when I checked my mail it said it was valid for 30days up to the 03/07 but how can this be fair when the mail I got was dated the 21/06 this seems a little unfair from Sony as they have not allowed us the full 30 days from first notification. Can this not be extended for people who have missed out through no fault of their own?

the info regarding the welcome back pack was readily available from many many places since before it started

its unfortunate that people have missed but it was running for 33 days total

theres no chance it will b extended now

The information may have been made available from many different locations but regardless of this surely as a customer of Sony and a member of their network they have a obligation to notify us in person to use the fully allocated 30 days. I subscribe to Sonys newsletters so they can inform me directly of any updates so why not just run an additional mail as a notification at the time the offer was made available. Not like it would be very difficult!

Seems like it was done this way to reduce costs and lets not kid ourselves its hardly a welcome back its more in line with compensation due to loss of service after the network was taken down.

Anyone help me please. I have 2 ps3 and doenload the pack on tge one down stairs. But never got around to doing it to the obe upstairs thinking it woulf be in my download history. It isn't.. anyone know ehere they are? If you cant re download them . Then if u update your hd you'll lose the games

both my free games are in my download history have u checked your entire list,

mines was a bit messed up after the outage with different dates on some of the games

Does anyone know how long the free games last for?

I thought that they would be ours to keep and play as much as we'd like, But I haven't been able to play BURNOUT for about a week now.

The other games are still playing fine though!!

Anyone know why?
