I know there are a few issues with the store due to congestion and some of you may have been able to go in, select the Welcome Back" entitlement (which entitles you to the 2 free games) but you won't have had a chance to download either of your games, you've returned later to find that the games are not there?

If this is the case for you, fear not, there was a guide on the EU Blog explaining how to get access to the games via your service list in "Account Management"

Q: I no longer have the option to choose my free Welcome Back games. What can I do? 
A: If you navigate away from the Welcome Back section of the store without choosing your free games or exit the store completely you may need to follow the below in order to choose and download your free games.

1. On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB
2. Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List
3. Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed
4. Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”

You will be taken to the store to choose your remaining free games.

Handily, the entitlement will tell you how many games you have remaining to claim.

when i use my ps3 i cant select the psp games it only says free ps3 games i use the same acc on both systems could that be the problem? i havnt tried on my psp yet so ill do that and come back here

I know im entitled to the psp game downloads, but they don't appear as an entitlement on
the service list page, what can I do to access these?

maybe you should do a faq.

i saw the psp question answered on a different thread.

You activate the offer on your psp and then the option for the psp games will appear on your ps3.

To get the PSP games you have to use your PSP I believe.

You can only get the Welcome Back entitlement icon on the PSP Store itself.

Just tried that Yaster and it says no content found  .... I can download the free films however and the 30 day playststion plus entitlement is still showing in the store window, but going through account management it says no content found....I had a look earlier this morning and everything was showing in the store but now it has gone. Is it a glitch?

update... have now done it ...through the account management, now showing the free content, took a lot of attempts due to error codes , am happy now lol cheers Yaster
