I've noticed that the US is getting more "freebies" than EU is.

Excluding the choice of 2 games, according to the US blog (http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/05/16/details-for-playstation-network-and-qriocity-customer-appr... they shall recieve:

- A selection of “On Us” rental movie titles will be available to PlayStation Network customers over one weekend, where Video Service is available. Those titles will be announced soon.

- 30 days free PlayStation Plus membership for non PlayStation Plus subscribers.

- Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive an additional 60 days of free subscription.

- Existing Music Unlimited Premium Trial subscription members will receive an additional 30 days of free premium subscription.

 -Additional 30 days + time lost for existing members of Music Unlimited Premium/Basic subscription free of charge for existing Premium/Basic members.

- To welcome users Home, PlayStation Home will be offering 100 free virtual items. Additional free content will be released soon, including the next addition to the Home Mansion personal space, and Ooblag’s Alien Casino, an exclusive game.

And according to the EU blog (http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2011/05/16/details-of-the-welcome-back-programme-for-scee-users-2/), also excluding the choice of 2 games, EU will only be recieving the following:

- 30 days free PlayStation Plus membership for non PS Plus subscribers*

- Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will be given 60 days free subscription.

- For existing Music Unlimited subscribers, you will be given 30 days free subscription.

The question is now, will people from the EU be recieving the same as the US? If not, I am disgusted due to the fact everyone worldwide that was affected by PSN were in the same boat, and Sony giving others more when they have infact did nothing more than anyone else outside the US.

Serious replys only please. I find that very poor customer service if this is the way Sony is treating their customers. I just bought my PS3 around 3 weeks before PSN was hacked, and I can say right now if this is the case, I'll be selling my PS3.

It isn't about the freebies,  for me and others its not about supporting a company which has bad customer service (if thats the case).

The US has always got more stuff than EU. Or stuff earlier than EU.

It's just the way it is. Some things will never change.

Although they both have SCE in their titles they are seperate entities (SCEA & SCEE) if SCEA decide that is what they want to giveaway so be it. I'm just happy to be back on psn. All this complaining of the welcome back giveaways really is nauseating. Accept what your given, its free.

If you think I'm really complaining just because US is getting more free stuff, then your completely wrong. The fact is that EU and everywhere else is getting the short end of the stick, and US benefits more, when everyone had the same issues.

Only the US also got identity theft protection etc, and I can assure you, this is EXTREMELY bad customer service.

Giving something to someone, then giving other people more and better stuff for nothing more than the other person isn't a way to attract new customers/keep old ones, and it shows how much the company really cares about its customers.

If I remember correctly didn't they mention on the blog about EU getting free stuff from Home but details weren't confirmed yet.
