You will need to phone Sony, they will ask you questions.

Re: Welcome to the Playstation Network Area!

Good day.

I'm still thinking if it's really better(or practical) to subscribe as PSN Plus member.. I only have a regular PSN account. I would like to have a clarification regarding these lines fron the Terms & Conditions which states:

"After sending confirmation, Services will be made available to you through your Sony Entertainment Network account. You are solely responsible for the download, storage and safekeeping of your purchases. We do not guarantee to provide you with replacements if your purchases are lost or damaged due to file corruption, hard drive crash or for any other reason and any facility which we provide for re-download for certain Services may be withdrawn at our discretion."

Does it really mean that subscribing to PSN Plus will NEVER guarantee any purchases made to be re-downlable(free) on the event my registered PS3 broke (&/or replaced by another PS3 unit by the Sony service center)?

I also would like to be practical. If PSN would make it sure that purchases made would last as long as the PSN Plus account remains active (even when re-dowload is justified)...then for me that's the best PSN can offer to its members.
