Hi,

I am having trouble signing up for playstation network on my ps3, i created a user account etc on my pc and when i go to sign up for playstation network on my ps3 it waits for a while and then says "the connection to the server has timed out", my internet connection is good as i can connect and browse the internet on my ps3 but cannot sign up to the playstation network, and done the connection test and all ok, any help/info would be great.

I came on to try and find some information as well. Been trying to do an software update on a game that I got and keep getting an error message after about 10-20 minutes of download time.

I have a situation which i doubt is unique, still need bloody help though.

My little brother bought a ps3 before me, 4 or 5 months before, i set up an account on his ps3 as a sub account. I wish i never now.

Anyways, i have a sub account on his ps3, then i bought my own ps3, and had to set up a master account first. So i did. I only use this mast account because i prefer to use my original (sub) account user name.

My brothers ps3 gets the yellow/orange light or death, gets replaced by slimline, sets up a new master account.

PLAYSTATION NETWORK UPDATE...... ***** up my ability to use online featires do to the fact i can not accept new terms and conditions as the original master accoundt i am sub for is no longer in use. Original playstatioon is screwed and the old master account is screwed.

Its been 2 weeks now and i cant get online unless i use my seperate master account, which is ***** me off to no end.....

SOMEONE HELP ME...........

Can i change my sub account to a master account? Or some other way of sorting it?

Unplug your router, turn off ps3, leave for 10 minutes, plug router back in, wait for it to stop flashing and then turn your ps3 back on. Should be fine.

hi guys!! i'm from cyprus and when i try to use the playstation store in the playstation network it sais to me that i can't use it in my region/country. Is this which happen normal? because i want to download the pes 2011 demo and i couldn't find any way to do it

seriously i had enough of psn ,its total ***** ,im using wifi to connect to it due to cant run cables through my house due to small kids and i get online on cod black ops and it just kicks me out all the time and other players ,why is it so *****? my mates with 360`s have no probs what so ever i rang psn and the guy was as helpful as a stale turd,he said i should look up port numbers from activision and enter them???? how the frig do you do this more to the point WHY SHOULD I????? ***** TO PSN AND THE *****TY MOVE ***** THING im going 360 baby kinect all the way,THANKS FOR NOTHING SONY STICK YOUR PORT NUMBERS WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE,regards., one happy customer.

I got new account because my old one got suspended, and the reason why is that I don't know. My old account is called `deadly_assualt` and the email is: arcaine_metanoia@yahoo.co.uk

I would I like the know the reason why it was suspended. I never did anything wrong so please I want to get my old account unbanned. Thank You Please Reply ASAP
