hi .my friend has a problem with your last id psn .my friend"s ID  is not activated sinc the psn was hacked.now for activated it need  to change password and psn system tell my friend you will receive an email from sony computer but my friend forget email lincked with id .Altogether my friend need a new password for activated id .What is the solution ؟
