I have final exams at college so I won't have access to my ps3 at home for the next two weeks. I don't have a credit card and I need my wallet cash is to get me throgh the exams weeks. I'm wondering if I can buy PSN credit or PSN+ from my PC and pay online using paypal.

You can't buy a code for PS+. You can buy a PSN card in a real shop and then insert the money in your wallet.

Unfortuantly not. I think you can get a PSN Voucher to top up your Playstation Wallet from Game who accept PayPal online so you could order enough vouchers from them and buy your subscription that way but there's no way to directly fund your PlayStation wallet from PayPal.

Or you can go down to your local game store and pay with real money to get a PSN card.

Yes you can pay by PayPal here http://www.cheapxboxlivecodes.com/. 

Used the site myself they sell credit for most platforms Xbox, PSN. Wii and iTunes etc. 

Purchased £15 PSN voucher code was emailed instantly when redeemed it gave me an extra £1 on top so £16 for £15.
