i have a maltese account when i try to enter online on the ps3 tells me that an e-mail is send to your e-mail adress. then i enter the catpcha and change the password. after a window open telling me that is on maintenance. pls pls pls help me i want to play online. any maltese that have the maltese account open???????????????

Create a UK or (better) Italian account. The Italian account will also allow you to make credit card purchases (at least prior to the hack).
