fifa 12 ultimate team store

I just purchased one of the gold packs from the FUT store, as i confirmed my purchase i received a message saying my connection to the server had been lost (however i didnt get logged out of ultimate team)

I then received an email confirming my purchase but now I cant see the pack i just paid for. what should i do?
