I'm guessing there will be 1million to begin with. Then in years 2-3 it will go up to about 1.5 or 2m.

I purchased a years subscription to playstation plus and to be honest It Is pretty poor value for the money.

What I imagine is sony will gradually over time add extra 'perks' that make it almost a requirement like xbox gold If you want to get the most out of the PS3.

I would imagine they could add extra content on 1st party titles that can only be accessed by plus members. E.g. maps, weapons or outfits. And when Netflix arrives at Christmas they could make that plus only to start with.  Make a new browser plus only, etc.
