HELP PLEASE! 

                              I don't seem to be able to sign in on my ps3, even though I've changed my password. I keep getting the message saying "You cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID (e-mail address). But these are the right details and I can sign in to playstation network using my laptop with the same details?
